In 2013, the City entered into a seven year contract with A&B Welding Supply for the Liquid Oxygen Supply for the Elk Vale Lift Station. The agreement allows an annual price adjustment. This amendment approves the supplier’s request for a price increase and authorizes the Public Works Director to approve future price adjustments of 3% or less. |
